Scott Nixon

Scott joined the firm in 1991. He has led programs in over 30 countries on five continents for an incredibly diverse range of clients.

He loves the challenge of helping each person identify practical, relevant, and sustainable ways to strengthen their leadership communication skills. 

Prior to joining McAlinden Associates, he served as Sales Manager for a Philadelphia-based healthcare company, where he oversaw both new business development and key account management. Prior to that, he was a consultant for an international management consulting firm, where his responsibilities included training client staff in customer service techniques.

Scott has a degree in Organizational Behavior and Management from Brown University.

A native of Michigan, Scott and his family lived for seven years in England, where he has returned often on both business and personal trips. Scott and his wife Kathleen are antique collectors and avid flea-market browsers. They live in Fair Haven, NJ.
