Environmental Impact
McAlinden Associates, Inc. is dedicated to reducing its carbon footprint in line with the United Nations Net Zero targets. Specific initiatives to meet that commitment include but are not limited to: reducing the number of flights taken to conduct its programs, utilizing public transportation whenever practical, and reducing the amount of energy used at its training center.
Sustainability initiatives include but are not limited to: replacing printed paper materials with digital alternatives whenever practical and recycling.

Employees are prohibited from engaging in bribery and other forms of corruption that violate the laws or regulations of the United States or the other countries where it does business, whether with clients, suppliers, government officials, or other stakeholders.
Human Rights
McAlinden Associates, Inc. is committed to protecting the rights of all people, particularly those who are marginalized, oppressed or exploited. It does not do business with organizations that engage in forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, or slavery. It follows the United Nations Human Rights Office of the High Commissioner Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights — implementing the “Protect, Respect and Remedy” Framework and incorporates those recommendations herein to the extent that they apply to its business practices.
Health & Safety
McAlinden Associates, Inc. believes in protecting the health and safety of its employees, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. If an employee becomes aware of any activity or condition that threatens the health and safety of another person, the employee is required to report it and take reasonable measures to protect those being endangered, without putting themself at risk of harm.
