Douglas McAlinden

Douglas manages the firm and a diverse set of client relationships, including Google, Emirates, DHL, Yum! Brands, Allianz, and Starbucks — as well as a number of healthcare, aviation, consumer goods, private equity, investment banking, and professional service firms.

He enjoys helping people expand their leadership capability through stronger communication skills. He has designed and led programs in North and South America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and South, South-East, and East Asia — and he has a passion for travel and exploring different cultures.

He finds it particularly rewarding to conduct programs for youth-oriented organizations such as East Side House Settlement in the South Bronx, DoSomething, Crisis Text Line, and The Trevor Project.

Douglas graduated with Honors from Wesleyan University. He has designed and produced plays at various theaters in New York, San Francisco, and at Wesleyan and Yale Universities.

Born and raised in New York City, he currently lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with his wife, son, and daughter.
