This program requires a commitment to 16 hours. You will attend intensive, practice-oriented sessions with one or two colleagues. Each person gets several hours of dedicated practice time and several hours of one-to-one coaching, plus plenty of time to exchange feedback and role-play different scenarios. The small groups and limited spaces that are available mean that it is important to follow through on dates you confirm.
